 Technology Plan Development

A comprehensive master plan that will establish an overall direction for technology within the facility. This plan will take into consideration the needs of today and the projected needs of tomorrow.

  Scope and Definition

A written description of the technology that will be designed and implemented. This will provide an agreed-upon plan to follow.

  Design and Engineering

Detailed, build-to documents, done in AutoCAD, including applicable mechanical and electrical. This system documentation package includes all system drawings, equipment rack elevations, equipment placement within the room, layouts and connectivity path drawings for other areas and technologies.

  Bid/Award Process

RJC Designs will assist in the preparation of the Bid Documents, review of the bids, and participate in the award negotiations.

 Project Management

We assure the client that during the installation phase the contractor is compliant to the specification. Progress reports, system testing and final sign off are all part of the PM service.
