Rich Coluzzi established RJC Designs, a technology consulting and design firm, in 1989. The company provides services encompassing system control designs, Voice and Data integration, high resolution / HD display systems, multimedia and broadcast facilities, technology development, planning, sound reinforcement systems, and video tele-presence system designs for clients across the country.
Rich’s background with over 25 years of technical, installation and design experience in the media and technical industries gives him the practical and acquired knowledge to provide accurate and solution finding services and designs to RJC's clients. RJC also provides coordination between project teams, client relations, and technology interfacing with the facility or venue. (See RJC's partial client list for other projects and clients.)

Kevin’s resume with includes fabrication, system testing, system design and development allows his “in the field” practical experience to convey to his consulting and engineering position of project engineer for RJC Designs. AutoCAD and programming development are also among his skills and disciplines.
Kevin is also a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and a Certified Technology Specialist -
Installation (CTS-I).
In her role of Project Development and Marketing she will develop teaming relationships with architects, marketing directors, facility developers, and purchasing agents as well as identify and qualify new opportunities.

Neil Thompson Shade of Acoustic Design Collaborative and an RJC Designs Team Resource has 22 years of experience in consulting, project management, and teaching in acoustics, noise control, and sound systems design. His work emphasizes the design of critical listening spaces to include educational facilities, drama theaters, lecture halls, music auditoria, recording and broadcast studios, and worship houses. He has served as principal consultant on over 400 building projects ranging from new construction to adaptive reuse.
Active in university teaching since 1987, Neil is currently professor of acoustics and director of the acoustics program at Peabody Institute/Johns Hopkins University. In 1997 he was the recipient of the Theodore John Schultz Grant for Advancement in Acoustical Education, sponsored by the Robert Bradford Newman Student Award Fund.
